The Nordic-Arab network on Women, Empowerment and Politics offers 2½ - 4 months
Guest PhD scholarships at Aalborg University, Denmark Autumn 2013.

The selection criteria will be the following:
- Quality of PhD project and relevance to the WEP profile
- Best match in terms of discipline and focus. This means that PhD students from the social sciences will be preferred, but I may be able to connect to contacts at the humanities.
- We will prefer PhD students in the middle of their process, because the research design should be discussed in depth with their main and local supervisors, before coming, and they should be able to benefit from new inputs.
- Variations in MENA countries
- PhD students that are enrolled in European/American universities will not be considered (except for Palestinians)
- They have to be fluent in English (this will be apparent at the SKYPE interviews)
